Close to Shepherd's Bush Market station (Hammersmith and City line), Stamford Brook and Ravenscourt Park (District line), Shepherd's Bush (Central line + overground) and Acton Central (overground). Short bus ride or 30 min walk to Hammersmith station.

The room is available from 1st July but there's some flexibility around this and it could be available a week earlier - open to discuss this more.

About the room:
- Furnished with a double bed, Ikea chest of drawers, wardrobe and mirror on the mantle (I'm looking to sell some of the other furniture pictured if you're interested!)
- Big windows with lots of natural light
- Gorgeous decorative fireplace

About the house:
- Large open plan kitchen/dining area with separate lounge adjoining
- 3 toilets / 2 bathrooms (both with shower + bath)
- Courtyard garden - a real sun trap in the summer (plus we have a rose bush AND a fig tree!)
- 2 lovely parks within walking distance and Hammersmith riverside is less than a 30 min walk away.

About the housemates:
- We're all young female professionals aged between 26 and 30, working in fashion curation, skincare, film production and theatre. We'd love to find a new housemate (another female) who fits in well, for a longer term let
- We'd love it if you're happy to become a real part of the house - socialising for dinners/nights out/pub quizzes, but also someone who enjoys chilled nights in & home-cooked dinners/watching trash telly together. Please send over any questions! We look forward to hearing from you 💕

- Total rent + bills currently around £756 pcm (bills can fluctuate slightly depending on usage in summer/winter months)
