Hi there, my current flatmates are moving out, so I'm looking for two new people to join me in this lovely shared flat. A bit about the place:
Area: the flat is situated in a quiet area, just 12-15min walk to the main street. We have convenient shopping options nearby, including Lidl, Morrisons, Asda and Sainsbury's local.
The flat: it has a living room and open kitchen. The toilet will be shared between the two available rooms. The rooms come furnished with bed and wardrobe (maybe can negotiate the desk). They're perfect for someone looking for a friendly and homely environment.
Bills: they're not included in the rent but typically come to around £100-120 per person each month (it depends also on the gas/electricity).
About you: I'm looking for open-minded, easy-going people who enjoy socialising a bit and aren't just looking for a place to sleep.
