Small room: Comes with double bed, bedside table, desk, cupboard and dresser (on the landing outside)

Medium room: Comes with double bed, bedside table, double cupboard (very spacious), and dresser. Potentially desk chair and desk (if previous flatmate decides to leave it behind).

[TAKEN] Large room: Double bed, dresser, cupboard, small sofa. May come with desk if previous flatmate decides to leave behind.

The house: Includes shared living room with super comfortable sofas, tv, dining table as well as a kitchen with gas oven/cooker, microwave, washing machine and full fridge. Henry vaccum included and happy to share use of printer, iron n ironing board, slow cooker, air fryer etc.

Also have a really nice Sonos speaker which lives downstairs :)

Garden included with outdoor table. On street parking in the alleyway behind the house.

It is opposite the road from Gunnersbury Park - lovely to go for a walk/run! Very close to a Sainsburys, greengrocers (with lovely butcher) and numerous corner stores. 5 min walk from Acton Town station.

The flatmate: I am currently resident in the house and have previously been living with 3 other people. I am looking for 3 others to replace them. I have already signed a contract with my landlord and this would be for a LEGAL sublet (he is a lawyer so proper contract drawn up etc). Preferably a year contract but minimum 6 months can be discussed.

I am 23 year old professional working at a fintech start-up in London and looking for people who are looking for a friendly bond with their flatmates :)

My previous flatmates and I would often watch movies together, go out clubbing, explore London etc together. Not to say that we didn't do our own things/have our own time but preferably someone who would like a more than 'we just live together' experience

Bills and broadband have been split evenly by 4, as well as council tax (Band E).
