We are offering a lovely double room for rent in a clean and quiet flat share in Acton. It is located on a residential street 7-8 minutes walking distance from Acton Main Line Station. Convenient bus links to all parts of London including West Acton Underground Station. The room is furnished (1 double bed, wardrobe, etc. )

The rent is:

- Double room for single or occupancy: £950 per month all bills inclusive for the first month
afterwards 950 GBP per month all bills inclusive
£950 + £475 = £1325 Required for first payment.
(£475 will be used towards the last month's rent)

- Double room for double occupancy: £1000 per month all bills inclusive for the first month.
afterwards 1000 GBP per month all bills inclusive
£1000 + £500 = £1500 Required first month payment
(£500 will be used towards the last months rent)

The kitchen is a fully furnished eat in kitchen /fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine/
We also have all essentials for the kitchen /plates, mugs, pots, cutlery etc./

The bathroom will only be shared with 1 more person, as the 3rd room in the property is en-suite.

We are looking for a professional/student flat mate who is looking for a home as opposed to the usual noisy/dirty flat shares.
