Hello everyone! We have a room in our 4 bed flatshare in Acton available from 1st September

ABOUT US🤍
We are looking for a fourth flatmate to take over our tenancy! Living with three lovely people (Robbie, Elle and Maryam 24-26) who work full time but varied schedules. We love the occasional movie night 📽️, going out for drinks🍹, trying new activities and restaurants 🍱 We are an LGBTQ+ friendly, clean and respectful household :)
(Just a heads up we do smoke but all smoking is strictly outside or on the balcony!)

ABOUT YOU✨
Friendly, tidy and extremely preferable if you like cats! Someone fun, chill, keeps up with chores/cleaning and likes to socialise; however we respect boundaries and totally understand if anyone wants alone time. This flat is more of a family/homey feel 🫶🏼

Looking for someone who is going to fit into our easy lifestyle and also be up for having fun and making friends, but is also able to do their own thing 😊

Preferably looking for a professional-student for council tax purposes. Looking for someone who can be here long-term and can pass background/references check.

THE FLAT
Room is a double room, plenty of storage within the flat as well. Lots of light and airy flat. There is a shared living space which we all take our part in cleaning weekly and like to hang out in there after a long day. Shared bathroom and balcony as well. Washing machine/dryer included.

The room itself comes with a double bed, mattress chest of drawers and spacious wardrobe. There are shared cupboards in the hall for any additional storage such as coats and shoes.

LOCATION
Extremely well connected. The flat is located a 9 mins walk from Acton Central (overground) 10 mins via bus to Shepherds Bush (Central Line), and Shepherds Bush Market (Hammersmith & City), 20 minute walk to Turnham Green(District) and 15 minute via bus to Acton Town (Piccadilly Line) - The best part is the bus stops are practically outside

Also located in a lovely green area with Acton Park right on the doorstep (lots to do such as mini golfing, tennis, a cafe and skatepark!). Just off the main road with plenty of shops and local gyms. Tesco express 5 minutes down the road and a Lidl about a 20 minute walk away. Plenty of delivery options too!

BILLS/DEPOSIT
Rent: £670+ bills work out as £120 max and around £60-£80 in the summer.

We are on a no deposit scheme so no deposit required!! (Just look after ya room) there is a £100 change of tennant fee that we would ask you to pay in it’s place and this covers change of contract and referencing) To sign on to the deposit (which is the no deposit scheme) its £30 for the year.
