I’m moving out so need someone to take my place.
Large flat share with one gay housemate. He’s great and easy to live with.
Flat is clean and tidy , got all the mod cons you’ll need, nice balcony, lots of sunshine, bus stop outside takes you to Chiswick or Shepherds Bush. 5 mins on the bus and you are in Turnham Green station.
Acton Vale up the top of the road offers lots of buses to Ealing / Wembley / White City / Hammersmith.
Room is a nice double with lots of space. Your own en-suite within your space is ideal so you never need to wait for the other as you both have your own bathrooms.
Wooden floors , central heating , 2 lifts in the block, 5 mins walk to the vale and all the shops and restaurants, Acton park is close by or Chiswick is a 15 mins walk .
I’m moving away to be closer to my work, room is available from Feb - can flex with dates , lease runs out in September BUT the landlord wants to keep renting , my flat mate has lived here for 11 years and is on a good footing with landlord but just being up front. Rent may change with new tenancy but it’s unlikely as it’s not gone up for a while.
