Description
I’m the current tenant in this lovely, modern apartment and am looking for new tenant(s) to take over the second bedroom, as my flatmates are moving overseas. You would be sharing the apartment with me only.
The available room is a spacious double with its own ensuite bathroom and private balcony, offering beautiful views over the nearby park and across London. The apartment itself is on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building with very secure access.
We moved into the building around 18 months ago when it was newly built, so both the apartment and the wider building are modern, clean, and require very little upkeep.
There is also:
-Second balcony off the main living area
-Shared roof terrace for residents
-Separate laundry room
-Plenty of additional storage, including a large hallway cupboard
The apartment comes fully furnished as part of the tenancy, and the kitchen is well equipped. Any additional furnishings currently in the room can stay if helpful.
Previous flatmate worked predominantly from home and has a desk set up in the shared living space (shown in the photos), which works really well. Im a teachers so am typically out during the day, so the flat has always felt calm and well-balanced. The building itself is very quiet, with friendly neighbours you rarely hear or see.
Location & Transport
The location is one of the best parts of living here — it’s incredibly well connected:
10 min walk to Acton Town (Piccadilly & District lines) – approx. 25 mins to Heathrow
10–15 min walk to Acton Central (Overground – Mildmay line)
15–20 min walk to Acton Main Line (Elizabeth line)
Multiple bus routes with easy links to Ealing Broadway, Shepherd’s Bush, and Chiswick (all very walkable too).
There’s a large Morrisons directly across the road, easy access to the high street, and Gunnersbury Park is around a 15–20 minute walk away.
We’ve absolutely loved living here thanks to the transport links, green space, and convenience of the area.
Tenancy Details
The room would ideally suit a couple, as reflected in the rent, but single tenants are very welcome.
The current tenancy runs until early February 2026
Ideally, I’m looking for tenant(s) happy to start a new tenancy with me.
The building is professionally managed by one company, who are generally easy to deal with
References will be required for standard pre-tenancy checks.
Costs
Rent is due on the 2nd of each month
Monthly bills are usually £80–£100 per person, including Council Tax (Band C)
Deposit options:
One month’s rent (refundable at the end of the tenancy), or
Zero-deposit option: one week’s rent (non-refundable)
This can be discussed depending on your preference.
Move-in
Ideal move-in date: 7th–14th February 2026, though I’m flexible
