The ideal housemate is female identifying, kind, considerate, very tidy, friendly, calm and respectful of privacy. Able to pay rent on time and cares about the home we share.
While I like to go out and enjoy dinners and catch ups with my housemate this is not a party house or a very busy house, this flat would suit someone who likes a quiet, warm, friendly and low-key house.
