I’m looking for a friendly, respectful person to join me in my lovely 2-bedroom Victorian home in Acton Vale.

This is a genuine 2-person home — you’ll only be sharing with me, rather than living in a large, busy house share. It’s peaceful, comfortable and homely, with plenty of space and privacy.

🏡 The room & home

The available room is the larger of the two bedrooms. It’s a bright, spacious double with beautiful original Victorian windows and lots of natural light.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what works best for you.

You’ll also have use of the shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, plus fast Wi-Fi.

The flat is a top-floor conversion in a lovely Victorian house on Valetta Road, in a quiet and friendly residential area.

I’ve lived here for around 5 years and really love the flat and the area. My current housemates have also been here for around 5 years, but they’re now moving back to their home country, so I’m looking for someone who would like to make this their home for the longer term.

📍 Fantastic Acton Vale location

The location is really convenient for West London.

Tesco is around 3 minutes’ walk away, and Askew Road is nearby with cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries and local shops.

There are also excellent transport links, with easy access to Shepherd’s Bush, East Acton, Stamford Brook and Acton Central.

💷 Rent & bills

£1,100 per month ALL-IN

This includes rent plus council tax, gas/electricity, water, broadband and TV licence.

The rent itself is £912.50 per month, with the remaining amount covering bills.

Deposit: £1,053

Available from 26 September 2026.

Minimum stay: 6 months.

I’m a relaxed professional and I’m looking for someone who enjoys having a home that is clean, comfortable and peaceful.

I enjoy music, films, food, art, walking, coffee, nature, gaming and generally having a nice balance between being sociable and having my own downtime.

I’m a smoker, but I only smoke outside in the front courtyard.

I’m looking for someone considerate who takes care of shared spaces and respects each other’s privacy and routines. I’m not looking for perfection — just someone friendly, clean and respectful who wants a nice place to call home.

If you’re looking for a proper home rather than a temporary room in a big house share, this could be a really good fit.
