A quiet, clean and respectful environment.

The room is furnished, however we are flexible to take the furniture out to make space.

Built in closet and a window looking at the back garden. The room has no neighbours on the wall, it's the quietest in the house.

All bills are included and a once a week professional cleaning as well on every Thursday.

The house has 3 fridges to have enough space for everyone.
Microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
2 toilets, one with a bathtub plus shower.
Washing machine and a separate dryer is included.
Huge garden with a little wooden shed to BBQ and relax outdoors.
2 garages for storage, plenty space.
Off street parking if needed at no cost on the driveway.

- North Acton 10-15 min walk Central Line
- Westfield UK's largest shopping mall 20 min bus
- Best Italian coffee in West London 5 min walk ( if you love coffee )

The garden gets maintained by the landlord.

Shopping, restaurants, gym all 10-15 min walk away in Acton.
