Nice And Large Room Available to Let

I am a PhD student and filmmaker, finishing now my PhD. My lovely Brazilian flatmate is leaving so I am looking for someone else. The flat is 4 minutes away from Acton Town tube, so it is really well connected to the center of London! Our street is very beautiful with old big trees, and the building is quiet and with nice neighbors (just one couple). We have a nice cosy sunny kitchen where one can sit and internet all over the flat. Please give me a call if you would like to check the room and flat! The rom is really big, it is divided into a study space, with sofa, bookshelf and fireplace and a sleeping space.
