Best room searcher: this room is for a professional 1 person. It is a very tidy, double room with double bed, fully furnished. It is located in W3 0HU with big sunny window and: central heating, desk, chair and a big wardrobe. The area is very clean and safe. The BEST thing is that our flat is 5 minutes’ walk to the left to West Acton tube station (central line) and 3 minutes right to North Ealing (Piccadilly Line).
The current housemate a friendly professional accountant, he is pretty relaxed, well-educated and interested in art, gigs, laughing and like fun. This is not a party house-however don't mind to socialize together when it comes on time.
We are looking for a non-smoking professional who is clean and considerate and professional with office work hours outside home.
The rent is £799 pcm including all bills.
