Free Room exch for Afters-school Care and Tuition

Hello,

We are a kind, trustworthy and welcoming family of four based in a nice suburb of West London looking to offer free accommodation to a Spanish student (with an understanding of the French language) in exchange for after-school care and Spanish tuition.

About us: Dad works in telecoms and travels a fair bit for work.
Mum is has gone back to studying finance full time
Ed is 16 years old and starting catering college in Sept. He loves martial arts, skating, surfing and snowboarding. He also enjoys Spanish and would like someone to help him progress.
Marcus is 6 years old and will be starting "proper school" in Sep. He started playing the piano in jan and loves legos and cars!

About your room: The house has a small annex (35sm) with a single room, its own bathroom, kitchen and office space which is shared with us during week days but would be your own in the evening and at the week end. Of course, you would be very welcome to join us in the "main house" to watch some TV or for a chat. The accommodation is separate to the house and offers direct access to the street.

About the area: the house is located close to a large and beautiful park, a public swimming pool, gym and tennis club as well as a shopping center.

What we'd need from you: A commitment to provide Marcus with quality after-school care Mon to Fri (approx 12 to 15hrs pw) inc. supervising homework (in French). In addition, 3hrs pw of formal Spanish tuition with Ed at mutually convenient times.

There may be occasional requirements for evening babysitting (once a month) as well as a couple of w/e a year where we'll ask you to take charge in our absence.

Ideally you are an Erasmus student or language assistant for an English school. Kind, trustworthy and dependable, your behavior must be compatible with family life.

We are able to provide references from the young man who has been staying with us this year.
