"We absolutely love the flat - it is very close to the tube and lots of bus stops, has lots of charming features and the rooms are a great size! We also have a roof top terrace which is great during the warmer months. Each room comes with their own bathroom so you never have to worry about a bathroom queue in the morning. The dishwasher in the kitchen also saves arguments about washing up.
We have lived here for 4 (Sarah) and 3 years (Sophie) and would like to continue turning this flat into a home rather then just a place to sleep. We're looking for a flatmate that is happy to spend time together in the flat for the occasional night in on the sofa together and who are a tidy, respectful and considerate.

There will be 2 years left on the contract in April. The other housemates love the place and really want somebody looking for a home, but you can replace yourself any time should you decide to leave before the contract end.
The total bills come out to around £112/m per person (that’s the yearly average from the past year as the power is more expensive in the winter and less in the summer). I'm happy to discuss leaving behind my fridge+freezer from the video and any other bits of furniture if you're interested.
