This room is in a friendly house on a pleasant, Safe and peaceful tree lined street. conveniently located just 15 minutes walk away or a short bus ride to Turnham Green station (served by the District and Piccadilly lines) , and 14 minutes walk to South Acton Overground station (North London Line) .
This Double room has a very large built in wardrobe that has hanging rails and has the potential for even more storage if you put a bookshelf or extra racks inside - you won’t be short of space .
The thing that’s really special about this room is that it’s at the back of the property and You will see from the photo that was taken In summer that the room looks straight out into leafy trees and beyond the trees ( and the neighbours garden below is green , grassy park space. It’s lovely to have the window open in summer with the sun streaming through and even better to get out into the park in all seasons. If you want to something more energetic than sunbathing or leaf kicking ..the park has three public tennis courts which are free to use and were relatively recently refurbished. Lying adjacent to these tennis courts is a multi-use court for basketball ( also free) and 5 a side football ( need to book). There is also a outdoor Gym and a distance marker route if you fancy taking up jogging. For those winterested you can go online and buddy up for tennis partners .

The rent for this room is £600. Deposit also £600. Monthly Bills are about £75 pounds for Water , WiFi/ Broadband and council Tax tax. Once every quarter we get an electric and Gas bill which is split amongst 3 flatmates. How much is all dependent on usage.
If you want to rent for less than a year , this is no problem as long as you find your replacement ( as I am doing )
I am the Outgoing flatmate as I now have my own place. ! So the room is available immediately ., however .I am open to discussing a March move in date. I was very happy here!
