A bright and spacious double room is available in a modern, well-maintained flat in the heart of Chiswick. My current flatmate is moving out in September, so we’re looking for someone to take over the room.

The flat is a 2 bed 1 bath, stylish, clean, and very well kept, with a large shared living room that makes the space feel especially comfortable and open. It’s ideal for relaxing, studying, or working from home.

Highly desirable and very safe area, just off the Chiswick High Road (as a woman, I have no issues coming and going at any hours of the night)
Excellent transport connections – 5 minutes walk to the tube (District line), 15 minutes walk to tube (Hammersmith and City + Piccadilly line) and bus links into Central London
Surrounded by cafés, shops, restaurants, and green spaces

It is extremely close to the Thames path -brilliant for riverside walks!

About the flatmate:

I have been living in London for 3 years, as a working professional in mental health research, and now I will be starting my PhD at UCL in September. I love yoga, playing music, reading, playing football, and going out. My PhD will demand me to go out of the house all 5 weekdays, so you will have the house to yourself during work hours.

I also really appreciate a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to stay, and I’m always up for a chat over dinner or a drink, but also happy doing our own thing.
