Chiswick large double, parking, 3 girls

Huge room available, not the one in the video, 2 housemates looking for a third. This quiet, safe, central three bed/2 bathroom modern, light, spacious, maisonette, central Chiswick near Turnham Green Tube, on the district line and heavenly late night early morning Picaddilly line, many bus stops on Chiswick High road. In the heart of Chiswick with its larkets European Style Cafe lifestyles , weekend markets of flowers, antiques and food. We have off street parking and bike storage. We love rowing, swimming and fresh outdoor walks. There's a nice friendly atmosphere being only 3 adults.

An easy, safe, well lit, 5 minute walk from tube via interesting shops and restaurants. Very handy for all the delights of Chiswick. Off road parking if needed. Chiswick business park is very handy.

The spacious double room, (shown in the stills), has great storage space, 2 large built in wardrobes (upper and lower storage), and 6 drawers. The room has a double ottoman bed (storage underneath). Orthopedic mattress, mirror, a proper desk with 3 more drawers, towel rail, self adjustable heater and hooks on the back of the doors, and plenty of plugs for charging!

There are two separate bathrooms between three of us and plenty of hot water. I am a primary teacher (former Landscape Architect) and I have transitioned to a plant based diet. Jo is a hospital pharmacist and swims at local Lidos. Jo is an omnivore.

The flat is quiet, light and sunny with a balcony to dry washing on in sunny weather.

We love rowing, cinema, festivals, running and sport. This peaceful, maisonette is very conveniently situated by Chiswick, Chiswick cinema, Chiswick House and gardens and the River Thames. Anna cycles to work and Jo currently works from home.

Chiswick Riverside 5k and 10k runners meet at the nearby George pub every Monday and there are pubs, rowing, sailing and tennis clubs along the River The Sunday Farmers Market are less than 10 minutes walk away.

We sometimes go out together to motivate each other. Our four year flatmate Claire has bought a house!

We go away travelling and away at weekends so sometimes you get the house to yourself!

The house would particularly suit a postgraduate, PhD, Doctor, nurse, vet or rower/sailor or similar :0). We are near Hammersmith, Charing Cross hospitals. Cycling along the river to these locations is excellent.

We are looking for a female someone friendly, or a very clean and tidy male. Obviously all clean and tidy! A bit sporty perhaps, sociable but also quiet and considerate!

Bills are included and I try to buy and share most cleaning products from the bulk shop: to reduce plastic waste.
