The Location (W5): We are located right in Pitshanger (W5 1BX), known for its leafy streets, great parks, and independent bakeries/shops on the Lane. Ealing Broadway is easily accessible for the Elizabeth Line.

The Space: this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated apartment, situated on the 2nd floor of the building. It has a communal garden and parking can be made available if needed. The flat benefits from wooden flooring throughout and is furnished. The lounge is bright and spacious, with south facing windows, and includes open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including the washing machine, Bosch oven and a fridge with a separate freezer. The Household Dynamic: This is quiet a rare opportunity. I occupy the third room, but I am only present 1 or 2 evenings a week.
