Double room - friendly Irish household

Hi I’m Will,

Double room Available for rent replacing the current housemate who is leaving at the end of the tenancy.

Furnished: all furniture will remain in the room

This is a social household and respect boundaries. Very laid back

Due to the current housemate moving back to Ireland I am seeking for a new housemate to take over the master bedroom

Location: 2 minute walk to Northfields station with access to Piccadilly line. 15 minute walk to Ealing Broadway

Gym access 12 minute walk (that counts as cardio in my eyes)

On street parking available with permit

Local shops at the top of the street including coffee shops and a few Cafe’s

A bit about me - I’m Will 27, from Belfast living in London for nearly 3 years. Young professional working in Tech/Sales

I work remote/hybrid 2-3 days in the office and 2 days at home

Into the Gym, Gaming and always up for the pub
