It is about 10-12 mins walk to Ealing Broadway and about 8-9 mins to North Ealing for the Piccadilly line and Ealing Broadway station for Elizabeth line has District Central and overground trains - Paddington station on Elizabeth Line less than 10 mins! There is also close access to M40 and North Circular Road to M1. Easy access to M4 and M3.

The building is situated in a leafy, well lit, safe residential area with large individual properties set alongside attractive apartment houses. There is a park closeby for jogging - Ealing running club hang out!

Ealing Broadway is vibrant and diverse. For fitness there are several luxury health clubs And the wonderful Triyoga with many of yoga - Pilates classes each day in Dickens Yard.
