Hey hey. We have a lovely room up for a month long sublet in Hammersmith on the famous Nella road 💚🏡 Cheap as chippies - £530 + bills (£65). So 595 all up. Available - from 1st of July.

🚆Location - couldn't be better - 3min walk away from our dreamy riverside, tescos, sainos - 4 min walking distance. Hammersmith Station - few minutes on the bus or 15 min on K2.

If you enjoy a pint or two or sometimes 3 or 4 on special occasions 😜 family dinners like - taco Tuesdays, wine Wednesdays, Sunday roasts, bbqs 🥙🥦🍗 it's a perfect spot for you.

If you like to play beer pong - extra points for ya haha. A very social house (kiwi boys, Latvian & American gal 😌)
