There is 1 Spacious Double Room available in our beautiful flat in Sheps Bush/Hammersmith. The room comes with a wardrobe & double bed with space for additional furniture and desk. The flat is clean, bright and comes with a huge private roof terrace which we have also furnished & one of the rooms has an en-suite so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other. The flat is also very well connected with just a 5-15min walk to Goldhawk Rd, Shepherds Bush or Hammersmith station

You will have 2 amazing housemates, Chloe & Rachel, who work in events/engineering project management. They have a good balance between working from home/in the office & busy independent social lives but we are also great friends too. They make time for house drinks, brunch, theatre trips, cheese & wine nights or just chilling after work watching TV.

We're looking for someone independent that will also fit in well and hopefully become good friends. I can be flexible with my leaving date so anytime between now and February can work.

Bills generally come to an additional c. £80 a month inc. internet, electricity, council tax, gas and a fortnightly cleaner.
