Hello! I am offering a room for sublet in Hammersmith, conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk from the station. This is a safe neighbourhood with excellent transport links.
The room is available from July 24th to September 20th (you don't have to sublet for the whole period).

The room is spacious and features a large window with a street view. It's situated in a quiet and residential area. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, chair, desk, drawers, and a clothing rack.

Bathroom arrangements; you will either have a private bathroom or share with one other tenant, depending on their presence during your stay.

I'm looking for a tenant who is clean, respectful, friendly, responsible, communicative, and honest.
