Bright double room close to tube & Hammersmith W6

Hello,

After 2 years of sharing the flat with me, my flatmate and friend is off to sunny Madrid for her next adventure!

So, I'm now looking for someone to rent her room. The flat is right next to Ravenscourt Park Station and just a 10 minute walk from Hammersmith Underground. The area is really peaceful, with the park, the river, King Street and Chiswick just a short stroll away.

The room is bright and cosy, with a double bed, a desk and chair, and a big built-in wardrobe. Plus there’s loads of storage in the flat.

A bit about me: I’m 32, French, and have lived and worked in London for over 8 years. I’m easy-going, considerate, and respectful. I enjoy a good chat, sharing diner, and the occasional night out. I’m into sports (there’s a tennis court right outside!), art, cooking, travelling, and learning new things.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, but only 2 are used full-time. The third is for my 6 year old son, who stays with me one week every two weeks. He’s at school during the week and we’re usually out and about on weekends, so it’s a relaxed and quiet setup.

I’m looking for a flatmate who’s responsible, clean, and tidy, and wants a place to call home (not a party flat). But I am always super happy to have friends over or host dinner parties!
Also, this will be your home too, so I am happy for you to add your personal touch to the flat.
