The Room:
Good size room with large built-in wardrobe. Space for a desk and chair if desirable. 4ft small double bed, blackout blinds and double glazed windows.

The Flat:
Light and airy living room featuring a large sofa with pull-out sofa bed, plus dining table and chairs and storage.
Kitchen equipped with a separate fridge and freezer, modern oven and stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Large sized washing machine also fitted.
Bathroom has a large bath and shower with recently upgraded hot water tank.
Communal rooftop patio garden accessible for residents, with views over West London.

The Roommate:
I’m Joe, a 26 year old Project Manager who works out of central London, typically in office 4 days a week and working remotely sporadically.
I’m a huge sports fan often travelling across the country to watch my beloved football team play on weekends (bonus points if you can guess the team…), plus trying (and failing) to be consistent with running and going to the gym. Will likely drop any training regime if you suggest going for a pint, especially for a pub quiz.
I’m a clean, tidy and mindful flatmate, looking to have a similarly minded, friendly professional join the flat!
Not fussy on male/female or age, just want someone clean, tidy and friendly!
