Large en suite double in family home

We have a spacious double room in a 5 bedroom house, available from 16th November. The room is on the top floor and rear-facing, so it’s quiet and private, and has a modern bathroom and shower suite. There is plenty of space in the rest of the house too, including a large living room and a lovely garden.

We are a family of three - me and my two children aged 9 and 12 - as well as a lodgers, a 22-year-old female. The children are with me on alternate weekends and 3 nights during the week; occasionally a grandparent / guest will come to stay. We also have a cat and a puppy.

The house is in a great location - the bus stop is 1 minute away and you can take the bus direct to Boston Manor station (Piccadilly Line) in 5 minutes, or it’s a 15 minute walk. Alternatively Hanwell Station (Elizabeth Line) is also a 15 minute walk away. It’s a lovely area, close to the canal and several great pubs, with all the local amenities nearby.

The rent covers all bills, wireless internet, council tax and a cleaner every week. We have all the normal things like washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of kitchen storage space. Parking is on-street if you need it, but requires a permit.
