We are renting out our 2 bed maisonette (with roof terrace) to 1 person.
We live in Bristol and use the flat for roughly 2-3 nights twice per month. Please note we only want to rent to 1 person. Couples or families will not be considered.
The tenant would have the full flat to themselves when we are not there but would to share on the occasions that my partner and I visit London. On those days we are mostly out of the flat at work and only there in the evening to sleep.

Our maisonette spans the 1st and 2nd floors. Your bedroom, along with the living room, bathroom, and kitchen, are on the first floor. The second bedroom and access to the roof terrace are on the second floor.
