Description
We are renting out our 2 bed maisonette to 1 person.
Bills are fixed at £225 per month (includes water, electric, gas, internet, council tax).
We live in Bristol and use the flat for 1-2 nights mid-week though some weeks we are not there at all. Please note we only want to rent to 1 person. Couples or families will not be considered.
The tenant would have the full flat to themselves when we are not there but would to share on the occasions that my partner and I visit London. On those days we are mostly out of the flat at work and only there in the evening to sleep.
Located on London's newest train line. Our flat has easy access to both central London and Heathrow, ideal for professionals looking for a convenient accommodation.
Location & Transport:
Hanwell station to Central London (Paddington/Bond Street) in 16 minutes.
Heathrow accessible by a 12-minute train ride or a 20-25 minute taxi journey.
15-minute drive from the M4 for those commuting by car.
10-15 min walk to Hanwell station.
Free on-street parking.
Property Details:
Our maisonette spans the 1st and 2nd floors. Your bedroom, along with the living room, bathroom, and kitchen, are on the first floor. The second bedroom is on the second floor.
About the Area:
Located in the leafy suburb of Hanwell, West London, on the Elizabeth Line, you'll enjoy quick train rides into the city while being close to nature.
Essential amenities such as a supermarket and post office are just a 2-minute walk away.
Brent Valley Heath, perfect for morning runs or evening walks, and Hanwell Zoo are nearby attractions.
The area also offers Brent Valley and Perivale Park Golf Courses and athletics track, and several coffee shops are within a 10-15-minute walk.
If you are interested, please message telling me a little bit more about yourself.
