We are 2 existing tenants Adam and Igor and we are helping our landlord to find a suitable candidate for available dbl room on 1st floor of the house.

Landlord would need to check your 4 months bank statements and 4 months payslips.

The house is 4 bedrooms but you will share only with 2 of us.

We both work 5-6 days a week between Mon-Sat, we waking up early morning and coming home between 2-4pm.

We are preferring professionals who works 5 days a week not from home.
And who is at home from work after 5pm so cooking and all chores done by 8pm and all of us can relax in a quiet atmosphere.
