Short Term Rental, Notting Hill Gate - Until Feb 1

Hi - I am Sarah a 30 years old female, from Canada and working professional in London. As I am travelling from January 1st to February 2nd so the room is available for a short term sublet of one month max - dates are flexible

You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom but the share space will be with my amazing flatmate. We are looking for a responsible, 20-30’s female to sublet the space. As this is our home, we ask for someone clean, quiet and respectful. No parties, or guest (unless prior discussed). All bills included 💸

🏡On the plus side, we are very easy to get along with, we value privacy in our home so you’ll have your own space, and we are both world travelers and would be happy to show you around or answer any questions about London if you are new to town!

• Room Amenities 🛏️ full shower/bath private (air dryer, steamer available) double size bed, and desk with second screen available for working from home.
• Shared Space 📺 this is a living space with my flatmate who is a 30 years old female. Shared space included living room with Smart TV (Netflix, Paramount, Disney, etc) and full kitchen (all cooking equipment, coffee machine, etc) and washing machine
• Storage 🧳there’s a wardrobe in the room and in the hallway but this contains my personal items due to the short let (I would ask that these stay on untouched) The dresser, both side tables and the clothes racks have been made available for all your personal items in the bedroom, and the bathroom contains storage space as well which has been freed up.
