About the flat:
The housefully furnished and has that traditional London charm. There’s a dine-in kitchen, a separate living room, a garden, one large bathroom.

The area:
Maida Vale and Westbourne Park tube are just a 10-minute walk away, and you’ll find shops, cafés, gyms, and Paddington Rec Ground (great for a jog or coffee stroll) all within a few minutes’ walk.

A bit about me:
I’m a full-time Hospitality professional working hybrid for a British company. I’ve lived in London for over a decade and value a respectful, friendly home environment. I’m tidy, clean, and mindful of personal space, but always up for the occasional shared meal, drink, or gym session if that’s your vibe. No loud parties—unless we both decide to throw one (on a weekend, of course!).
