Lovely and bright 4 bedroom flat less than 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross station.

Recently refurbished - wooden floors throughout, open kitchen/diner and 1 bathroom to share with 3 other girls.

Current household is 3 postgrad girls (2 at UCL and 1 at Kings) - walking distance to both unis as is 20-30minutes but also very close to transportation links. We like to keep things clean and tidy, are up for a laugh and down to hang out together either just chilling in the house or on days/nights out.

We're looking to find another female housemate who is either a student or young professional, who enjoys spending time together but can also hang out on their own. They'd hopefully have similar interests that include cooking, eating, going out for drinks, relaxing, travelling, art, movies/Netflix.

The rent is £810pcm excluding bills which should be around £40.
