It's located in a secure block of flats (two doors requiring key fob entry prior to entrance door). It’s a well-built 1950s building with great insulation, which helps during the colder months.
Bills are included - I pay these directly and they are currently £150 each, per month.
I have the flat cleaned once a week, which I split the cost of with my current flatmate. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy - hopefully that’s something you value too.
About me: HUGE music fan - I spend most of my free time at gigs. When I’m not immersed in music, I’m drawing or painting (though usually combine the two) - sometimes canvases, sometimes one-off clothing pieces. The easel is kept out of the way in the corner, so you can enjoy the living space too!
