Viewings available June 5 – June 22 (I’m finishing exams by June 4—wish me luck!). In-person or video viewings are both welcome!

The room will be cleared of all personal items before move-in. Updated photos will be uploaded once tidied. All essential furniture (desk, chair, wardrobe) will remain, and I’m happy to provide the bedding set for your convenience (you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred). Cushions and plush toys will be removed.

Shared facilities include kitchen, washing machine, and dryer (photos coming soon!).

• 2-min walk to Tottenham Court Road Station (Elizabeth, Central & Northern Lines) – direct access to Heathrow and across London
• 1-min walk to bus stop
