Looking for a Female Flatmate in Central London

We are currently three Korean women living in the flat, and one housemate will be moving out, so we’re looking for a new female flatmate to join us.

It’s a double bedroom without a living room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Everyone lives quietly, so we want someone who respects personal privacy.

The location is excellent — 10–15 minutes’ walk to Tottenham Court Road, Warren Street, and Goodge Street stations.

The contract is fixed from March 31 this year to March 30 next year, so please keep this in mind.
• Rent: £914 per month (bills not included)
• Bills: Approximately £150–£170 per person per month
• Deposits: will be informed by agency once we make a contract.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and considerate. Cleaning of the shared areas is done on a rotational basis every 10–15 days, so please contact us only if you’re happy to follow this system :)

✅ The agency does not accept students, so full-time employment is required.
There is a £50 admission fee for the first contract.
