Double room near Kings Cross Station

Bright double room available in a quiet, well-kept flat just a 5-minute walk from King's Cross St Pancras. The room has access to a balcony, and the flat is in a great central location with excellent transport links while still feeling peaceful.

We're looking for someone to take over the room around late August, with 1 September being the latest possible move-in date. We'll be able to confirm the exact date by the end of this week.

Bills aren't included and are split between the tenants, averaging around £120 per month. This covers gas, electricity, water, fibre optic internet, and council tax.

You'll be living with two respectful, tidy, and easy-going flatmates who like to keep the place clean and peaceful..
