British Museum 4-Bed Flat. Looking for Flatmates.

I’m looking for potential flatmates to team up and rent a lovely four-bedroom flat near British Museum — a fantastic and very central location. The flat has high ceilings and is located in a beautiful historic building. It’s just a short walk from Covent Garden and Oxford Street, about 7 minutes to Tottenham Court Road and Holborn stations, and around 10 minutes to Russell Square.

I need to find people who are 100% certain they would take the flat after the viewing—otherwise it doesn’t really make sense to move forward. I’m open to students or professionals who can commit to a 12-month lease (though I would prefer students due to council tax exemption). I’d be glad to have a quick call, so we can get to know each other a bit. If everything feels right, we can then arrange the viewing together.

The total rent for the flat is approximately £4,150 per month. The large room would be around £1,150, the medium room around £1,000, and the smaller room about £950, although the exact split can be discussed. I don’t yet know the exact cost of the bills, but we can estimate them together once we move forward. The council tax band still needs to be confirmed. I don’t yet have photos of the smaller room, but it is very similar to the medium one, it is about 8.8 sqm.

The flat has four bedrooms, a large shared kitchen, one bathroom with a bath and shower and toilet, and an additional separate toilet. There is no living room. This place would be ideal for someone looking for a quiet and comfortable home in the heart of London, with the occasional relaxed get-together on weekends.

I think this is a really good option, but if it doesn’t work out, there are plenty of other great three-bed listings we could consider together as well.
