Scape Bloomsbury lent for 2024/25 academic year

Hi! I'm looking for a person who can replace my contract for a standard studio in Scape Bloomsbury, London.
The room is fully furnished with one double bed, own kitchen and bathroom, desk, closet, and lots of wardrobes.
All the bills are included in the fee, which is 565 GBP per week and 28248 GBP for the whole academic year (51 weeks).
The location is 2 minutes walk from Brunswick shopping centre where all the supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are located, and 5 minutes walk from Russel square, Euston tube station, and less than 10 minutes walk from King's cross tube station.
It is also really close with UCL, with anywhere less than 5 minutes walk, so if anyone is interested or knows who's interested in the room, please let me know!
