I'm planning to move out due to my personal plan. I'm renting out the big bedroom in my current 2b/1b apartment (large double room) from December 20th 2025 to September 20th 2026. It's an official joint contract with the current flatmate and you will be taking over my half of the contract (no extra fees for this). My current female flatmate is very nice and we've been living together for over a year. She's not at home most of the time, so you can enjoy the quietness.
