Students Only: 1050 Pm Bills Included

Hi everyone,

I am currently renting a room in a lovely flat near Angel and I'm looking for someone to take over my contract from June or July. The bedroom has a double bed and natural light and is furnished (drawers under the bed, a desk, a cupboard, etc).

My landlord would like to rent it until September 2023 so you would have to rent it for 14/15 months but with the possibility to terminate your contract early if you find a new tenant. This - and being a student - are non-negotiable requirements.

There is a beautiful kitchen with a balcony facing the courtyard, a living room and a shared bathroom.

The flat has 4 bedrooms and one of the other bedrooms is available as well so if you're two, I'll put the other one of you in contact with my flatmate.
