Flat Description
3-bed flat, with a huge living area. The flat is in a well refurbished state with modern kitchen appliances. All rooms have their own bathroom. The flat originally comes unfurnished, however, the previous flatmates are leaving all their furniture (bed, mattress, 2x sofas, tables and desks, chairs, kitchen gadgets, cutlery, plates, etc.). This would come at a small surcharge of c.300 GBP - TBD.

Flat Situation
My two roommates are unfortunately leaving so I am looking for a replacement - tenancy will start from the beginning of June. I am 28 and work in finance.
