Flat Situation
I currently live in a 3-bedroom apartment in Covent Garden with 2 other roommates. One of our roommates is moving out, and I am looking to replace them. The new person would be signing a one-year lease with the two of us remaining.

We are 28 and 29 and, we like to keep a clean apartment. We enjoy having dinner together and the occasional chat, but we also do our own thing and work from the office frequently.

Flat Description
3-bed flat, with a huge living area. The flat is in a well-refurbished state with modern kitchen appliances. All rooms have their own bathroom. The flat comes unfurnished, however, the previous flatmate is leaving their furniture (bed, mattress, 2x sofas, tables and desks, chairs, kitchen gadgets, cutlery, plates, etc.). This would come at a small one-time surcharge of c.300 GBP - TBD.

Location
Centrally located, and still very quite flat.
3 min walking to Holborn station, 7 min walking to Covent Garden station, 10 min to Tottenham Court Road
Never-ending restaurants, bars, and shops in walking distance
