Spacious flat in Holborn - Looking for flatmate

Hello! We’re Lorenzo and Davide, two Italian flatmates looking for someone to take the available bedroom in our lovely flat in Holborn/Covent Garden. Since we really value a friendly and relaxed home, we want to make sure we find someone we genuinely enjoy living with, so here’s everything about the room, the flat, the area, and a bit about us too! 🙂

The room available is a bright, cosy, fully furnished bedroom in a well-kept flat right in the heart of central London, just a short walk from both Holborn and Covent Garden stations. It comes with a queen-size bed, a desk and chair ideal for working or studying from home, a wardrobe, plenty of shelving for storage, and a small cabinet. The room faces a lovely private garden, giving it a quiet and peaceful feel despite the incredibly central location. You’ll share a super clean bathroom with Davide, complete with both a bath and a shower (2 bathroom in the flat).

The flat itself has a spacious open-plan kitchen and a big living room where we cook, relax, and unwind after work. 🍝We also have access to a small private garden with a table that’s perfect for eating outside in the summer or enjoying a peaceful moment with a book. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, while still being right in the middle of one of London’s best areas.

Now a bit about us! We’re Lorenzo and Davide, two Italian young professionals working full-time in central London. We’re friendly, sociable, and easygoing; we love good food (Italian roots obviously help), keeping the flat clean and welcoming, and enjoying the city whenever we can. We like going out for dinner or drinks, exploring new places, or simply relaxing at home with a nice meal. We’d love to live with someone who is respectful, tidy, relaxed, and enjoys a warm and friendly home environment. Speaking Italian is a plus but absolutely not required — we just appreciate someone who fits the vibe!

Rent: £1,300–£1,500 pm depending on the person and arrangement (gas bill included)
Availability: From December or January
Contract: 8 months, until August 2026
Requirements: Employed and holding a valid visa
No pets & non-smoking flat
Bills: £50/60 pm
Council Tax: £150 pm
