Not a luxury flat but homely and adequately appointed. It's in a perfect location, Holborn Tube is just round the corner, walk there in 2 minutes. Sainsbury's supermarket 2 minute walk.
To comply with my own tenancy agreement I have to sign you up as a lodger, but you will have the whole flat to yourself while you are here. I will be away for the entire period.
Suitable for one person only. No children, no pets. Council Tax and all bills are included.
Large bedroom (4m x 3.2m). King size bed. Big picture window and great views.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
Bring your own towels and bedding.
Kitchen with cooker, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Large living room (4m x 4m) with big windows, balcony and great views.
No TV here but reasonably fast broadband. Bring a laptop or tablet and stream your entertainment.
