My flat is available for short term rent for £460 pw including all bills. Minimum stay 2 weeks, maximum 3 months.

The space

There's 2 bright double rooms but please note, there is no separate living room. There's a relatively large kitchen with a good-sized dining table which can be used as a shared living space.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, desk and a built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, and then there's also a sofa, chest of drawers and a desk.

In the whole flat there's superfast fibre optic internet. I also have things like a hairdryer, umbrellas, a washing machine and a microwave. The kitchen is equipped with a good set of cutlery, crockery, pots & pans etc.

Location
The location is simply amazing. Vibrant, central and in walking distance to both Covent Garden and Holborn stations.
