I’m Min from China. I am a Master’s student at the Architectural Association, and I’m looking for a flatmate to share a cozy 2b1b flat in Charing Cross, just 2 minutes from Leicester Square station.
About the Flat:
-Rent: £2,700/month, which is £1,350 pcm per person
-Bills: water around 33pcm, broadband 21pcm, electricity and heat depends
-Location: Super central, in between Soho and Covent garden, within 15-minute walk to UCL&LSE, close to Chinatown, many bookstores, and all amenities.
-Features: 3rd floor with lift, balcony, great neighborhood, many bookstores around
Available: From September 8th, minimum 6-month stay, but it's flexible if you find a replacement.
-council tax: students dont need to pay
About me:
-from Guangdong Province, China, can speak both Mandarin and Cantonese
-mbti is intj, quite and calm
-studying architecture, having my second year of the master degree
-love engaging in youth programmes and currently part of NGO based in Asia and the Pacific
