Single Room in private shared apartment

Simple, single room in my home. This is a very central location close to all major amenities and transport links. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with one other person. No ensuite. The room would suit a quiet, sensible student or intern who is focused on study and wants somewhere safe to come home to without disturbance. The room is for single occupancy only, where no visitors or overnight stays would be allowed, hence this arrangement would suit short stays. The home is suited to anyone living a normal kind of life Max term 2 months stay.
