Our tenancy is ending on October 21st, but I've found somewhere else for an immediate move-in. I'm looking for someone to take my room in the meantime. No need for a deposit, and I'll take care of the bills until the end of the tenancy so you don't need to worry about those.
The apartment is a 2-bed basement flat just off the Strand, a literal minute's walk from embankment station, 15 minute's walk to the centre of Soho.
The room is fairly decent sized and comes with. The apartment as a whole is a bit small (as you'd expect from somewhere so central), but it has all the mod-cons: new oven and fridge-freezer, washer/drier. It also has a little garden area out back.
My housemate is a part-time student, also working in a hotel. He's very nice.
