Double room available in Loughborough Junction

Hello!
I am leaving London and sadly have to move on from this homely Loughborough Junction house-share.

The house is refurbished ex-council, and situated less than 5 mins walk to Loughborough Junction station (Thameslink - 15 mins to Farringdon) and just over 10 mins walk from Brixton station for the Victoria Line. There’s a Tesco express and co-op round the corner so the house is well-located.

The house features an open plan ground floor with a large kitchen, living room, hallway for coats/shoes and a downstairs loo. The SmartTV comes with all the essentials like Prime and Netflix and the house has BT broadband included in the bills. There’s a private garden and patio at the back for BBQs and all that in the summer.

The upstairs houses all 4 rooms and a bathroom shared between 3 rooms (incl. bath & shower). The house is kept clean and tidy and we chip in for a cleaner to come in every few weeks.

Rhian, Keely and Brubo are looking for similar housemates that are chilled during the week and more social on the weekends. Everyone has their own social lives but keen for house dinners and drinks, so they're looking for young professionals who are keen for the same kind of atmosphere.

The deposit for the room is one month’s rent in advance (£615). It’s a rolling contract with no strict minimum term, although 6 months minimum will be a preference.

The room is furnished with:
- Double bed (room for storage underneath)
- Bed-side table (landlord replacing this due to some damage)
- Standalone wardrobe with hanging and shelf space
- Mirror
