2 rooms In house between Brixton and Camberwell

One big double room and a smaller double room available, both with their own quirks, all bills inc.
With one spare room thats been designated as an office/storage/studio/whatever. Both rooms have one bathroom to share, and there is another little toilet off the living room.

10min walk from Brixton tube, same to Denmark Hill overground. a few buses to central, and within walking distance of a Lidl with a 24hour Nisa round the corner.

I work as a market trader & cook doing development for a street food business, currently on part time furlough expect for the weekends where Im up and out of the house very early, so would love some more chill housemates. During the week Im normally out of the house for most of the day anyway as Im quite restless.

Im into cooking, yoga, watching trash tv, pints and long walks (before rona made it cool) and Iv always got some DIY project on the go (or at least planned), so if your into that sorta thing you'd be more than welcome here.

Am currently trying to tear up the back garden (there are 2 gardens btw), to turn into a veg patch, so extra points if gardenings something you have knowledge on.

Housemate wise im looking for people who know how to clean up after themselves and understand the concept of shared spaces and the difference between clean and tidy.

Someone who want to chill and hangout in the living room, sometimes share wine, drink etc, would also be appreciated so theres not a weird air of tension in the house like there seems to be in other spareroom houses.

And of course something which I feel shouldn't have to be made explicit but will do for the sake of clarity, no racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, general misogyny or any of this tory "poor people need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps" bullshit.

Its a rolling contract, with nothing extra to pay because its all done privately.
