Flat Mate Wanted

Hi folks,

Our lovely home is located 10 mins walk to Brixton station, 2 mins away from Loughborough junction and 15 mins from Denmark Hill.

This has been my room for just over 6 months and I am attached to it. It’s not only a brilliant location but also a spacious house with brilliant housemates.

I found this room through SpareRoom. However, I think it would be important for you to meet the housemates and see if you could be a good fit. we do hope you could do face to face viewing. If there are good reasons why this is not possible, we could think of an alternative.

You will be sharing with 3 other guys (Bruno, Noah and Ollie). They are always great.
Bruno and Noah put a huge effort into improving our 2 gardens (yesss, we have 2) and if you are into gardening and diy, I’m sure you will love it here.

The rent is all bills included. My room is big, warm and offers great privacy.

I do ideally want someone that can take the room from the beginning of November.
